International Bidder Executive

With our expanding footprint on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Bark, Fiverr, Guru, and more, we are in search of a skilled and ambitious Bidder to join our ranks.

Responsibilities:

Engagement with Freelancing Platforms:

  • Seek out and explore new opportunities on major freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and more.
  • Establish a robust online presence and foster relationships with potential clients through effective communication.

Bid Management:

  • Craft persuasive proposals and bids to win design or web projects.
  • Understand client needs and customize proposals to emphasize our expertise and capabilities.
  • Work with the internal team to ensure accurate project scoping.

Lead Generation:

  • Actively identify and pursue leads for design & web projects.
  • Use market research and industry knowledge to find potential clients and projects.
  • Utilize networking and social media to broaden our reach and attract new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Building:

  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and maintaining open communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to project initiation.

Proposal Writing:

  • Create clear, concise, and compelling proposals tailored to each project’s requirements, showcasing the company’s strengths, experience, and value proposition.

Client Follow-Up:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients during the proposal evaluation process, follow up on submitted proposals, and address any additional questions or concerns.

Negotiation:

  • Negotiate project terms, scope, and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that align with the company’s goals and standards.

Requirement:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Developer or Bidder in the creative & technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of design/technology trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create persuasive and impactful proposals.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms and their bidding processes.

Job Type: Onsite Full Time
Experience: At least 1 – 2 years of proven experience in bidding on freelancing platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal. Karachi
Language: Fluent English (Required)
Pay: Salary + Commission (Depends on Experience)
