We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and spearhead our online presence. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing strategies, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to generate leads effectively. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our digital properties and driving lead generation efforts through various online channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aimed at expanding revenue streams and capturing a larger market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities.
- Proactively engage with potential clients through networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant platforms to generate leads and foster business connections.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand clients’ business challenges, goals, and priorities, and tailor solutions to address their specific needs effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of all marketing tools and platforms.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and lead generation activities, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
