Job description
We are looking for an energetic and confident Digital Sales Executive (online & offline clients) – for our Karachi office. Must have knowledge of project bidding experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You are responsible to work with the local and international clients to provide them with Digital Marketing & Technology Solutions such as Creative Designing Solutions, Website Design, Mobile Apps & Development, Digital Marketing Solutions, Search Engine Optimization, Google Ads & PPC. Social Media Marketing & Management, Content Marketing and other automated solutions.
- Candidate is responsible for bidding as well as direct marketing.
- Bidding on Freelance portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PPH, Kwork, Bark, etc) / other sites on a daily basis and acquiring projects and converting those projects into sales.
- Working on both Proactive and Reactive Leads.
- Research and target prospects using a variety of Digital techniques for the UK, USA, Australia, Canada & Middle East market on a daily basis.
- Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates having working experience of 1-2 years on bidding portals like UpWork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, Bark, People Per Hour and more.
- Lead generation through online platforms including social and their own research.
- Ability to create Business Proposal, quotations, and other relevant documents required by the client.
- Candidates should have knowledge of bidding for the services offered by the company.
- Should be capable of getting Business from Digital Bidding Portals.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PPH, Guru, PPH etc) or getting clients from their own research.
- Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.
- Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing,
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Must be a CS graduate and understand technology to nurture tech leads.
- Must be good at targeted sale.
- Strong Follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Good communication and Negotiation skill
- Time management and Planning skill.
Monthly Remuneration: Salary + Commissions (based on targets and performance)
Days: Monday to Friday.
Applicant should be based in Karachi Only.
Contract length: 4 months (After completion of the internship, it may lead you to permanent job position.)
